Booking & Cancellation Policy

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICIES

At River & Vine Collective we want to make the booking process as smooth and transparent as possible. Please review our booking and cancellation terms below before securing your date. 

Note: All bookings require a signed service agreement prior to confirmation. A contract will be provided upon booking and must be signed before your event date is secured on our calendar.

CATERING & GRAZING EXPERIENCES

Deposits & Payment:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for events booked more than 30 days in advance. For events booked 30 days or less from the event date 100% of the total fee is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event. Minimum guest requirement of 25 guests for all catering services.

Cancellations:
Cancellations made 30+ days before the event — full refund of deposit. Cancellations made 14-29 days before the event — 50% refund of deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event — no refund. River & Vine Collective reserves the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances — full refund will be issued.

Travel Fee:
No travel fee for events within 10 miles of Santa Rosa, CA 95407. A $2 per mile travel fee applies for events outside of 10 miles (calculated round trip).

KEEPSAKE & INTERACTIVE EXPERIENCES
