Service Fulfillment
Catering and Keepsake experience services are fulfilled in person at your event location. Delivery and setup times will be confirmed with you prior to your event date. Please refer to our Booking & Cancellation Policy for full details on service bookings, or to you signed service agreement which was provided to you at the time of booking.
Processing Time
All River & Vine Collective products are custom made to order. Most orders are fulfilled within 2-3 business days. Bulk orders may require additional processing time — please contact us at hello@riverandvinecollective.com for bulk order timelines.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping — $8 flat rate via USPS for most orders
- Bulk Orders and those over $50 - Shipping rates may vary
- Local Delivery (Santa Rosa area) — $5
These rates are subject to change without notice.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7-10 business days within the continental US. Please note that shipping times may be longer during the holiday season. Delivery time will vary based on geographical location. River & Vine Collective is not responsible for delays in shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door. If you don't see the tracking email please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@riverandvinecollective.com.
Order Hasn't Arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, first check your tracking information for any updates. If your tracking hasn't updated or your package appears lost please reach out to us at hello@riverandvinecollective.com and we will be happy to help make it right!
International Shipping

Local Pickup/Delivery
Local pickup is available. Please select local pickup at checkout. You will receive an email from hello@riverandvinestudio.com to arrange a pickup time and location.
Local delivery in Santa Rosa, CA is available for $5. Please select local delivery at checkout.
